1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 8v88 platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person accessing any product, service, or content made available through 8v88.io.

1.2 By registering an account on 8v88, placing a bet, accessing a casino game, making a deposit, or otherwise interacting with any service offered on the platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not a professionally registered person excluded from online gaming platforms;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is unlawful;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.3 8v88 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.4 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 8v88 platform. The opening of duplicate accounts — for any reason — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.5 8v88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

3. Account Management

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 8v88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

3.2 Any activity carried out using your 8v88 account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. 8v88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 You must notify the 8v88 support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat on the platform.

3.4 8v88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects is being used in breach of these Terms, in a fraudulent manner, or in a way that may cause harm to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

3.5 If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Verified balances will be returned to the registered payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 8v88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposits are credited to your 8v88 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited within 60 seconds of transaction completion. 8v88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must have successfully completed the verification process before any withdrawal can be processed. 8v88 reserves the right to request the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within 90 days);

4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 8v88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on the account.

4.5 8v88 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 8v88 may request additional documentation before proceeding.

4.6 You agree that all funds deposited into your 8v88 account are for the purpose of genuine betting and gaming activity. 8v88 accounts must not be used as a general payment processing or money transfer facility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 8v88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made available, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the offer terms.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, together with potential account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers;
• Using bonus funds in a manner that contradicts the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 8v88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers may be subject to time limits, geographic restrictions, or game-specific eligibility criteria.

5.5 In the event of a discrepancy between a promotional communication (email, banner, or push notification) and the full offer terms, the full offer terms shall prevail.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports betting markets, casino games, and other gaming products on 8v88 are governed by their respective game rules and product-specific terms, which are accessible within each product section of the platform. By participating in any betting or gaming activity, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 8v88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or game round in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the market or game. In the event of a void, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

6.3 Bets accepted by 8v88 are final, subject to the void conditions described in clause 6.2. You may not cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted by the platform.

6.4 8v88 operates a maximum payout policy. The maximum winnings payable on a single bet or game session may be capped at a level determined by 8v88 at its sole discretion. Where a maximum payout applies, it will be communicated within the relevant product section.

6.5 Cricket betting markets — including those covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time the market is suspended, unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the 8v88 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal user operation;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software for financial gain;

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8v88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from 8v88.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of 8v88 intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account and access to the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 8v88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8v88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and accurately, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8v88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 8v88 platform;
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 8v88's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game results, or market data that are corrected in accordance with clause 6.2;
• Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 8v88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 8v88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8v88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the platform.

11.2 The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

12.3 8v88's decisions on matters relating to bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility are final. Users may appeal any such decision by submitting a written complaint to the support team, which will be reviewed within 10 business days.
